b). Fulfill your information including full name/tel phone/email/valid shipping address, then click continue to pay (Western Union, Money Gram, Money Booker & Bank Wire Transfer are acceptable).
c). FashionEE will confirm the receipt of order to you by email. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within three (3) days.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
The processing usually takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes up to 7 business days. In total that is up to 10 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination. Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 2 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

What about out-of-stock items?
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled before delivery upon your request. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been delivered.

How can I return or exchange my order?
FashionEE is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 10 days after the receipt of your order. You have up to 3 days to contact Fashion and hand in your application, after you get instruction from FashionEE you have to send the goods back to our office in 7 days. This means that the package must reach the originating boutique within 10 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our office or warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- FashionEE and its partner sites will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging and shoes must be returned with the original shoe boxes.
- In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
- Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.
